a. Notice: This meeting is being held in accordance with the Public Laws of 1975, Chapter 231 and adequate notice of this meeting has been provided by a Notice sent to The Star Ledger, The Local Source and posted in the Main Lobby of the Municipal Building and on the Township website.

- Springfield Residents Ages 55+ Calendar for April
- Spring Cleanup! During the month of April, DPW crews will canvass the Town in the garbage packer truck for vegetative waste. Branches 4 inches in diameter and smaller, leaves and grass will be collected. Please note: Material must be placed in paper recyclable bags or cans. Loose debris in the roadway will not be picked up!!
- Spotted Lanternfly Egg Mass Scraping Sunday April 14 from 11am-1pm at the Houdaille Quarry.
- Community Clean Up Day Sunday April 21 from 11am-2pm meet at Laurel Park Student community service hours offered.
- Annual Arbor Day Friday April 26 at 12pm at Veteran’s Memorial Park annual planting and seedling giveaway.
- Next Council Meeting will be Tuesday April 30th at 7pm as Passover is the week before
- Proclamation - Elks “Youth Week” presented to PER GeriAnn Kazimar
- Harry J. Delgado, Ed. S., the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police Accreditation Program Director presents the re-accreditation certificate to the Springfield Police Department.

i. Resolution 2024-96 - This resolution amends the Township’s authorization of the
award of a contract for professional legal services for labor matters to reflect the
vendor’s change of name.

Management Agency Assistance subgrant award in the amount of $10,000, and the
