Springfield Author Anthony Scarola to Discuss FITLSDOG, His Recently Published book for Financial Sector IT Professionals

The Springfield Free Public Library is pleased to host Springfield resident Anthony Scarola, as he discussed FITLSDOG, his recently published resource specifically designed for financial sector IT professionals. This program will take place at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, May 15. FITLSDOG is a compass for navigating the complex world of financial IT and provides a bridge between technology and strategic business objectives, while also equipping individuals to innovate and lead in the field.

 

Anthony Scarola is a seasoned IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager, Senior Vice President at Apple Bank in NY, and a virtual CISO for vCISO Services, LLC. He has been in IT for nearly 30 years and banking IT for over 20. He has worked with small, medium, and large financial institutions across the country and actively participates in industry groups including the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), the American Bankers Association (ABA), and the FBI InfraGard. He has a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, holds the ISC2 CISSP, ISACA CISA, ITIL Foundations, and SABSA SCF industry certifications, and is a U.S. Army veteran.
