Springfield Recreation Department's annual Halloween Spooktacular is coming up on Sunday, October 29, 2023, from 1:00-2:30 pm, at Chisholm Park (rain location: Chisholm Community Center). Children are invited to dress up and show off their scariest and most original costumes at the costume contest! Pre-registration is required on Community Pass at https://register.communitypass.net/springfield. Prizes will be awarded at approx. 2:15 pm.

Online registration is now open for travel basketball tryouts for Fall 2023/Winter 2024! Detailed flyers can be downloaded at www.springfield-nj.us/recreation. Click "Program Flyers" and then "Basketball". Tryouts are offered for Nettes 4th-8th grade girls teams and Minutemen 4th-8th grade boys teams. It is mandatory that children are registered in advance for tryouts online on Community Pass at https://register.communitypass.net/springfield.
